1. What Vyreel does
Vyreel listens to a live Twitch stream, transcribes it, suggests moments that may be worth clipping, and, when you confirm a moment, renders a short vertical clip with captions that you can download or publish to platforms you have connected. Streams can come from your own computer through the desktop companion app, or from a Twitch channel you ask Vyreel to watch from the dashboard.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, meet the minimum age required by Twitch in your country, and be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a team or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.
- You sign in with Twitch. You are responsible for keeping your Twitch account secure and for everything that happens under your Vyreel account.
- You must give us accurate information and keep it current, and you may not impersonate anyone or use the Service under a name you are not entitled to use.
3. Your content
You own the streams, audio, video, transcripts and clips you bring to or create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Vyreel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to receive, store, transcribe, analyze, render, transmit and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you, including training a per-account suggestion model on your own confirm and dismiss decisions. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies held briefly in backups.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that:
- You have every right needed to stream, record, clip and publish it. When you use channel watch on a channel you do not own, you must have the channel owner’s permission or another lawful basis to record and clip it, and you must comply with Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- It does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, and does not break any law.
- It does not contain malware, and you are not using the Service to harass, defame or harm anyone.
4. Publishing to third-party platforms
When you connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X or any other platform, Vyreel acts on your instructions to post clips to your account there. You are responsible for what is published under your accounts and for complying with each platform’s terms, community guidelines, copyright rules and any age or content restrictions. Your use of YouTube is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time; we may need to change or pause a publishing integration in response, and we are not liable for content that a platform removes, restricts or fails to post.
You can disconnect any platform in Settings at any time, which deletes the access tokens Vyreel holds for it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to record or redistribute streams you have no right to record.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
- Resell the Service or share one account between multiple people.
- Use the Service to violate any law, platform policy or third-party right, or to publish spam, misleading or harmful content.
6. Moment suggestions are not guaranteed
Moment detection uses automatic transcription, chat signals, language models and a per-account model. It will miss moments, suggest poor ones and occasionally mis-transcribe speech, and caption text may contain errors. Suggestions, titles, hook text and hashtags are aids, not decisions: review every clip before you publish it. We make no promise about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any suggestion, transcript or caption.
7. Plans, payment and changes
- Vyreel offers a free plan with limits and paid plans billed through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
- We may change plan features, limits and prices. For price increases we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before they apply to you.
- The Service is under active development. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design and branding, belongs to KeyesCode and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Nothing here transfers any ownership of the Service to you, and nothing transfers ownership of Your Content to us.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including what we store when you connect Twitch and publishing platforms. By using the Service you agree to it.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law or a platform, or if we discontinue the Service; where practical we will give you notice and a chance to export your data. Sections 3 (the parts about your responsibility), 8, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeyesCode and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify KeyesCode against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your publishing to third-party platforms, or your breach of these terms or any law or platform policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of [Jurisdiction]. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will change the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
16. General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. Vyreel is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Meta or X.
